How we work
We're a small team that cares about getting the details right. A laptop only leaves our workshop when it has passed every test, and a customer question only gets closed when it has actually been answered. If that sounds like the way you like to work, we'd like to hear from you.
What we value:
- Care. Every laptop, every order and every customer conversation gets full attention.
- Honesty. We describe things as they are — to customers and to each other.
- Learning. Hardware changes every year. We learn from every repair, return and review.
- Ownership. Small team, real responsibility.
Areas we hire for
Openings change over time, but these are the kinds of roles we typically look for:
Refurbishment technicians
Diagnose, repair and upgrade laptops from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple and other brands — replacing screens, keyboards, batteries and other components to a high standard. Experience with laptop-level repair is valuable; a methodical mindset is essential.
Quality control and grading
Run final inspections, measure battery health, and grade cosmetic condition consistently against our published condition grades.
Customer support
Help customers choose the right laptop and look after them after they buy — by phone, WhatsApp and email. Clear communication in English and Hindi (or another Indian language) is a plus.
Operations and logistics
Keep inventory accurate, pack orders carefully and work with courier partners so laptops arrive safely and on time.
How to apply
We don't have any open positions listed right now, but we're happy to receive applications for future roles.

We read every message and will get in touch when a suitable role opens up.
