Question 1

Can I return a laptop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the laptop is faulty, not as described, or if you've changed your mind — as long as it's returned in the same condition with its charger and accessories. Returns for faults or incorrect items are free. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.

Question 2

Do your laptops come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every eligible laptop includes a warranty against hardware defects, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty period is shown on each product page and on your invoice. It covers faults such as the motherboard, storage, display, keyboard and ports during normal use.

Question 3

How do you test and refurbish each laptop?

Accepted Answer

Every laptop goes through a documented nine-step process: inspection, full hardware diagnostics, secure data erasure, cleaning, repair or part replacement, stress and quality testing (including battery health measurement), a final inspection by a second technician, careful packaging and insured shipping. You can see each step on our How we refurbish page.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–7 business days to the rest of India, with remote areas taking a little longer. Every shipment is insured and tracked.

Question 5

What is a refurbished laptop?

Accepted Answer

A refurbished laptop is a previously used laptop that has been professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, repaired where needed and securely wiped before being sold again. Unlike a laptop sold "as-is", every refurbished laptop we sell passes full hardware diagnostics, is graded for cosmetic condition and comes with a warranty.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely online with UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Online payments are processed by Razorpay and every payment is verified on our servers before your order is confirmed. Cash on delivery may also be available for your order — if it is, you'll see it as an option at checkout.

Question 7

Are refurbished laptops reliable?

Accepted Answer

A well-refurbished laptop is very reliable. Most of our laptops are business models from Dell, Lenovo and HP that were built for years of daily office use. Each one passes the same diagnostic tests before it is listed, faulty parts are repaired or replaced, and it is covered by the warranty shown on its product page.

Question 8

How do I make a warranty claim?

Accepted Answer

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number and a description of the problem — photos or a short video help. We'll try to solve it remotely first. If the laptop needs inspection, we'll arrange pickup, diagnose the fault and repair or replace it at no cost if it's covered.

Question 9

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check its status any time on our Track order page using your order number, or from your account.

Question 10

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Once your return is received and inspected, we initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Banks and card issuers usually credit it within 5–7 business days after that.

Question 11

Is cash on delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery is offered for selected PIN codes and order values. If it's available for your order, it appears as a payment option at checkout along with any applicable COD fee.

Question 12

What do the condition grades A+, A, B and C mean?

Accepted Answer

Grades describe cosmetic condition only. A+ looks close to new, A has light signs of use, B has visible wear and C has heavy cosmetic wear at the lowest price. Every grade passes the same hardware and performance tests, so a Grade B laptop works just as well as a Grade A+ laptop of the same model. See the full comparison on our Condition grades page.

Question 13

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're equipping a team, office or classroom, contact us with the number of laptops and the configuration you need. We'll help with availability, matching specifications and invoicing.

Question 14

Is the previous owner's data completely erased?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The storage of every laptop is securely erased so no previous data can be recovered, and a clean operating system is installed. You receive the laptop ready to set up with your own accounts.

Question 15

Will I get an invoice for my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order comes with an invoice showing the product, price and applicable taxes. It's emailed to you and included with your order. If you need your business details on the invoice, contact us before your order is dispatched.

Question 16

Does the laptop come with a genuine operating system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Windows laptops come with a genuine, activated copy of Windows and MacBooks come with macOS, as stated on each product page. Other software, such as Microsoft Office, is not included unless the listing says so.
